Frequently asked questions

Does naturopathy replace my doctor?

No. A naturopath does not diagnose or prescribe medication. He helps you improve your lifestyle alongside your medical care. Never stop a treatment without your doctor's advice.

How many sessions should I plan for?

An assessment followed by two or three sessions over a few months is often enough to establish new habits. That's why the complete programme exists.

Can I have an online consultation?

Yes. The assessment and follow-ups work just as well online as at the practice in Agadir. It's ideal if you live in Europe or far from the practice.

What about pregnancy or children?

Yes, with particular precautions: some plants and essential oils must be avoided. Support is always given in agreement with the doctor or midwife.

How do I pay for sessions?

At the practice in Agadir (Morocco), you can pay in cash or by card. For online consultations, card payment details are sent with your appointment confirmation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule at no cost. Let Mehdi know as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email to agree on a new time slot.

In which language are consultations held?

Consultations are held in French, at the practice and online.

Are sessions reimbursed?

They are not covered by public health insurance. Some private insurers reimburse part of complementary medicine sessions: check with yours.
